Current vacancies

Internal wall insulation installers, Bath area.

You will fit internal wall insulation in occupied homes across Bath and the surrounding area, on a new programme we are mobilising for late 2026 and into 2027. We are taking applications now, ahead of the start, so we can build the team properly rather than in a rush.

Full details and how to apply
Bath and the surrounding area Mobilising late 2026, running into 2027 Internal wall insulation

This is a job for an experienced insulation installer who takes pride in a clean, well detailed finish. Internal wall insulation is done inside someone’s home, room by room, so the work has to be right first time: boards fixed and sealed, junctions and reveals detailed properly, and the room handed back tidy. You will work alongside our plasterers and decorators as one team.

What you get
  • A new programme of work in the Bath area, mobilising in late 2026 and running into 2027
  • Steady work in one area, with a settled team rather than a different site crew every week
  • Work alongside a competent, compliant crew on every job
  • An excellent package for the right person
Who we want to hear from
  • Insulation installers with a proven track record on internal wall insulation
  • Installers who have worked on retrofit programmes to PAS standards in occupied homes
  • Skilled, customer focused tradespeople who keep a tidy site
Experience and qualifications you will need
  • Proven experience installing internal wall insulation
  • NVQ Level 3 in insulation, or an equivalent qualification in insulation and building treatments
  • Experience of working to PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 retrofit systems and their paperwork
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to hold an enhanced DBS check, which the programme requires for work in occupied homes
Good to have
  • CSCS card
  • Experience of external wall insulation as well as internal
  • Working at height and asbestos awareness training
  • Experience on council or housing association programmes

What you will be good at

Turning up on time, every day, and ringing ahead if for once you cannot. Being the tradesperson the customer remembers for the right reasons: tidy, polite, and clear about what you are doing in their home and why. Protecting floors and furniture, cleaning up as you go, and leaving every room ready to live in at the end of the day. Photographing your work for the retrofit file without being asked. Saying so, early, when something on site does not match the drawing.

Send a CV with your qualifications listed, your CSCS card number if you hold one, and a line on the internal wall insulation work you have done. If you have worked on a PAS programme, say so in the first line.

You will plaster over internal wall insulation in occupied homes across Bath and the surrounding area, on the same programme mobilising in late 2026 and running into 2027. Applications are open now, ahead of the start.

Full details and how to apply
Bath and the surrounding area Mobilising late 2026, running into 2027 Plastering on internal wall insulation

Solar PV sales manager, domestic and commercial.

We want someone hungry to make a real impact and drive the department forwards. You will run domestic and commercial solar sales from our Clitheroe office, with the full pipeline from initial enquiry right through to install and handover. To get a grasp of our recent projects, have a look at our solar case studies.

Full details and how to apply
Clitheroe office Domestic and commercial solar PV EV car after three months

We know all the usual clichés about hitting the ground running and thinking outside the box. But honestly, if you know you have got what it takes and you know your onions, get in touch. Perhaps you have a proven track record in a similar industry. What matters is that you do what you say you can.

What you get
  • An excellent package for the right person, provided you do what you say you can
  • An EV car after three months
  • Generous rewards
  • The full pipeline, from initial enquiry right through to install and handover
  • A smallish team that likes to get the job done
Who we want to hear from
  • Sales managers with a proven track record in solar, renewables, home improvement or a similar industry
  • People who have sold to homeowners and to businesses
  • Anyone who has led a sales team, or is ready to
What you will need
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in a similar industry
  • Confidence selling to both domestic and commercial customers
  • Organised enough to keep every job in the pipeline moving
  • Full UK driving licence
Good to have
  • Knowledge of solar PV and battery storage products
  • Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Experience with a CRM and solar design software such as OpenSolar

What you will be good at

Owning the whole pipeline, from the first enquiry through survey, design, quote and install to handover, so nothing falls between the gaps. Being straight with customers about what a system will and will not do for them. Setting the pace for the department and bringing the team with you. Working in a smallish team that likes to get the job done, to the highest standards, and to please every single customer.

Send a CV and a few lines on what you have sold, who to, and what you hit.

Assistant solar PV designer and sales administrator.

This is the person who holds the whole job together. An enquiry comes in, you book the survey, you help design the system in OpenSolar, you get the customer to yes, you see it through the install and you are still the name they ring afterwards. One point of contact from first call to aftercare.

Full details and how to apply
Clitheroe office Solar and battery storage Promotion route

We are small enough that the design desk and the sales desk sit next to each other, and this role sits between them. You will learn how a system gets designed properly, how it gets priced, how it gets sold to somebody sceptical of salesmen, and how it gets installed without the customer ever chasing us. The path from here is into full design or full sales, whichever you turn out to be better at, and we will say that plainly in the interview.

What you get
  • A desk in Clitheroe, not a car and a target
  • Trained on OpenSolar and on real roofs, not a fortnight of slides
  • One customer, one job, one name on it: yours
  • A promotion route that exists because we are growing, not because the ad says so
  • An excellent package for the right person
Who we want to hear from
  • Anyone who has designed in OpenSolar or similar solar design software
  • Sales administrators and coordinators from solar, renewables, retrofit or construction
  • Estimators, surveyors and design assistants who want more customer contact
  • Anyone who knows the products, the inverters, the batteries and what is changing in the industry

What you will be good at

Admin that actually gets done. Progressing an enquiry to a booked appointment, a design, a signed order and a finished install without dropping it. Presenting to a homeowner at their kitchen table and negotiating without a script. Knowing your way round domestic and commercial retrofit and construction. Supporting the managers and the rest of the team without being asked twice. Being the person the customer rings because they know you will pick up.

Send a CV and a short note on what you have designed, sold or run before. If you have OpenSolar experience say so in the first line.

Qualified electrician, solar and battery storage.

You will wire, commission and certify solar PV and battery systems in occupied homes: domestic jobs across Lancashire and the North West, and regional and national programmes we deliver as part of major local authority contracts. Some weeks that is Clitheroe and home for tea. Some weeks it is a housing estate two hundred miles away, with the team and a hotel.

Full details and how to apply

This is a job for a time served electrician who wants to do renewables properly. Every install gets an electrical installation certificate and a network operator notification, and the person who tests it and signs it is you. You will work alongside our installers on the roof side, take the DC and AC side through to commissioning, set the customer up on the app, and leave them with a system that works the day you drive away.

What you get
  • Domestic work and programme work, so the variety is real and so is the volume
  • Regional and national jobs on local authority contracts, with travel and accommodation arranged and paid for
  • Work alongside a competent, compliant crew on every job
  • Kit you will be happy to put your name to: Aiko panels, Sigenergy, Fox ESS and Tesla storage

Photographing the job for the retrofit file without being asked. Working away as part of a team when a programme needs it. Saying so, early, when something on a drawing is wrong.

  • Work you can be proud of

Every job surveyed, photographed and signed off properly, by a competent, compliant team, with paperwork that stands up to inspection.

  • You learn the trade

Time on real jobs alongside people who have done it for years, working towards industry recognised qualifications, not a fortnight of slides.
